Payment
After a client's order has been processed, the client is required to pay the first half of the agreed price before SparkDesigns begins the project or service. After the project is completed and the client is happy with the product and/or service, the second half is paid.

Updates / Watermarkings
SparkDesigns will update the client with a preview of the site or graphic every so often. To protect SparkDesigns, after the product is finished, sites or graphics will be watermarked and have missing features until the second payment is received.

Fees
After the project is complete, if the client requests a retrieval of their product because it has been lost or accidently deleted, SparkDesigns will charge a small service fee.
Any additional and future updates or maintenance to a client's product after it has been completed will require a small service fee.
If a client cancels the project, the client may be charged a fee.

Hosting
The client is required to already have a host for the website. If the client does not have one, SparkDesigns can provide one at an additional cost.
|
|
FTP Access
If the project requires installation of scripts or any other service which would require SparkDesigns to access a client's FTP or host, it may be required that SparkDesigns receives a username and password to access the host and upload necessary files.
