There are blank button files in the blank folder under images. There is one blank file per button also I put the blank logo file there too. Also for the buttons and logo file in this design I put alt tags on so if you change one of the buttons don't forget to change the alt tag same with the logo file.

The members login does not work, you will need to set it up with your script sorry but I can not help you with that so don't email me.

The rest is basic.
